A focused AI drafting tool for UK immigration practitioners. Not a generic AI product applied to immigration — purpose-built for the specific structure and logic of UK visa routes.
Immigration practitioners spend a disproportionate amount of their working time on document drafting. Writing the same cover letter structures for the same visa route. Rebuilding supporting statement frameworks from scratch for every client. Repeating case logic that should be reusable but isn't.
That time has a real cost. It is time not spent on legal strategy, on client relationships, on the complex judgement calls that practitioners are actually trained and qualified to make. The drafting work crowds out the high-value work.
Immigration Workspace exists to compress the drafting phase — not to automate the legal judgement, but to eliminate the blank-page problem so practitioners can focus on what their expertise is actually for.
The tools are built around the real structure of UK visa routes: the specific documentation requirements, the Home Office's assessment criteria, the IAA's conduct and compliance standards. They produce drafts that reflect how these routes actually work, not generic AI output that happens to mention immigration.
Immigration Workspace is a solo-founded product. It was not built by a team of investors and product managers — it was built by one person who saw a specific problem in UK immigration practice and built a tool to address it.
That means the decisions about what to build, how to build it, and what to leave out are made by one person who is accountable for them. There is no committee deciding what practitioners need. There is no VC pressure to scale into adjacent markets. The product serves UK immigration practitioners, and that is the scope.
Immigration Workspace is operated by Ascend General Consultants Ltd, registered in the UK.
What it is
What it isn't
Every output is a draft. It requires review by a qualified adviser before it goes anywhere near a client or the Home Office. The tool is explicit about this at every stage.
Immigration Workspace covers 12 UK visa routes with logic built specifically for each one. Skilled Worker and Innovator Founder outputs are structurally different because the routes demand it.
Client case data is never used to train AI models. It is stored in your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. You have the right to export or erase it at any time.
The free plan includes all 12 routes and the full case workspace. Paid plans add volume, audit tools, and team features — not access to core functionality.
This is a document drafting tool. It is not a legal research engine, a compliance checker, or a substitute for professional judgement. That distinction is in the product, not just the small print.
When immigration rules change, the logic changes. Feedback from practitioners shapes the roadmap. There is no "v1 and done" — the tool reflects how the work actually evolves.
Immigration Workspace is GDPR-compliant. Client case data is stored in UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. We support the right to erasure under GDPR Article 17 — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Case data is never used to train AI models. When you generate a document, your case details are sent to the Anthropic API to produce the output — Anthropic's standard API terms do not permit training on API messages. We do not log case content, and we do not share it with any third party.
Case records are retained for 6 years in line with IAA recordkeeping standards and then securely deleted. You can export everything you've created at any time from your account settings.
If you have a question about the product, a feature request, or feedback from using it on real cases — use the contact form below. Everything gets read. Practitioner feedback is the primary input to what gets built next.
The free plan includes 10 AI generations per month, all 12 UK visa routes, and the full case workspace. No credit card. No sales call. Set up a case and see what it produces.
