To use the paid features of Immigration Workspace, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

All content generated by Immigration Workspace is produced by AI and is provided as a starting point for professional drafting. We do not warrant that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular case. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
Submitting any AI-generated document to the Home Office, Immigration Tribunal, or any other authority without appropriate professional review is done entirely at your own risk.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe you have been billed incorrectly.
Your use of Immigration Workspace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The Immigration Workspace platform, including its AI models, knowledge base, user interface, and all associated software, is owned by ZenvyTech. Documents you generate using the platform are yours — we claim no intellectual property rights over AI outputs generated using your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenvyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
